RETURNS
If you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving the item. You will then have 7 days following your request to mail the return. You may choose between: 1. Store credit in the the full amount of your purchase or 2. Refund to original payment method with a 4% deduction (full price items only). Sale items and items purchased with a discount code are only eligible for store credit with a $20 fee per returned unit.
DUTIES + TAXES
Sales tax will be included on orders shipping to customers in New York State.

The Gemma heels are inspired by the abstraction of cut rocks and gems.
We lacquered the heel in a semi-matte light gold to give it a real feeling of a precious gem.

Since the Gemma heel is a statement we wanted to keep our uppers in this category fairly minimal, letting the heel shine.

Besides the one-of-a-kind heels, the Gemma Sandals stand out from every other strappy sandals because of their double padded insoles, an handcrafted technique of our artisans in Italy. The nappa leather, the special insole and the slanted toe shape offer the upmost comfort, for a sandal style that is typically considered hard to wear for a long time.

Every pair includes an additional set of heel caps.
