RETURNS
If you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving the item. You will then have 7 days following your request to mail the return. You may choose between: 1. Store credit in the the full amount of your purchase or 2. Refund to original payment method with a 4% deduction (full price items only). Sale items and items purchased with a discount code are only eligible for store credit with a $20 fee per returned unit.
DUTIES + TAXES
Sales tax will be included on orders shipping to customers in New York State.

The Gemma: our signature sculptural style, featuring multi-faceted heels literally hand cut by our artisans in Italy.

The heels are inspired by the sculptural shape of rocks in Antelope Canyon and roughly cut gems. They are lacquered in black and treated with a shiny varnish.

The upper complements the complexity of the heel as a pointy classic that fits like a glove. The barolo color is made of a soft patent leather originating from suede.

Every pair includes an additional set of heel caps.
